Roofing Assessor/Estimator

Your main role involves diagnosing faults with roofs at various sites in the Sydney region. You will be required to set up ladders and get on the roof for every job you quote. You will be required to estimate costs and prepare quotations based on client specifications. Here are some key responsibilities:
Project Estimation and Quotation:
Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals and obtaining information from the customer on leaks and faults.Collate and type quotation information.Submit quotations to clients.Provide handover information for the Project Manager to roll out the project.Interpretation and Communication:
Liaise with clients and staff.Provide ongoing support to project managers.Work with Customer Service to provide our clients with a top quality experience.Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
Roofing knowledge/experience on how to perform roofing repairs.Familiarity with estimating and quoting software/programs (such as Servicem8 and Xero).Ability to work toward KPIs outlined by your Operations Manager.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail.The role may evolve to meet the overall objectives of the company.
