Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential roofing systems.
Work independently, maintaining a good pace and high standards without direct supervision.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential roofing maintenance.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and techniques.
Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and relevant certifications.
