Roof Plumber

Qualified ROOF PLUMBER NeededJaguar Construction is seeking the services of a Roof Plumber experienced in roof plumbing and drainage systems for projects based in Hilton, WA, near Fremantle. This role would suit a Roof Plumber with an ABN and immediate availability.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION –6 x 2 storey timber-framed townhouses across 3 sites – all in close proximity to each other. The construction involves parapet walls and skillion roofing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Roof Sheeting Installation: Proficient in laying metal roof sheeting (e.g., Colorbond) with attention to waterproofing and alignment for skillion and flat roofs.Gutter Installation: Skilled in fitting and securing box gutters, half-round gutters, and other types, ensuring proper water flow and compatibility with skillion roofing.Downpipe Installation: Experience in installing downpipes and ensuring proper connection to stormwater systems. Must be able to read and execute drainage plans efficiently.Roof Drainage: Experience with roof drainage system design, ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.ROLE –Lead and perform roof plumbing tasks while overseeing a small team of apprentices (supplied by Jaguar Construction Pty Ltd). The role involves ensuring the installation of roof drainage systems is compliant with building codes.
COMMENCEMENT – Immediate(Ground floor framing is complete, and the project is ready for roof installation).
