Roof Plumber

Pro Spec Plumbing is seeking a motivated individual for the position of a full-time Leading Hand Roofer for immediate start.
Projects:
The projects you will be working on will be part of the VSBA schools (Primary and Secondary), factory roofs, domestic house roofs, and may also include fascia, gutter, and downpipes.
Job Role:
The successful applicant must be able to:
Run jobs efficiently and deliver the job on time.Perform re-roofs.Measure up and order roof sheets, flashings, gutters, box gutters, and downpipes correctly.Identify non-compliant work.Understand roofing regulations to comply with the current VBA regulations.Lead a team of roofers to work together efficiently.Practice safety for working with heights.About You:

Be able to run their own jobs alongside a team.Have VBA registration/license.Hold a current driver's license.Possess their own tools.Exhibit a positive and motivated attitude.Your application will include the following questions:
