IPM Contractors is now seeking a skilled Roof Plumber to join their team.
Key Responsibilities : • Installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems in industrial, commercial, and residential properties.
• Identifying and diagnosing roof plumbing issues, including leaks, drainage, and guttering.
• Performing detailed inspections of roof structures and providing recommendations for repairs.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with relevant safety and building regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Maintaining accurate work records, including job reports and safety documentation.
• Communicating effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service.
• Promoting and adhering to workplace health and safety standards.
About you: • Proven experience as a Roof Plumber, with at least 3 years in the trade.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends if required.
