CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROMANIAN SPEAKING – SOFIA, BULGARIA Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (for the local market time zone)
Training: 2 weeks + 1 week nesting
Working model: Onsite
Salary: 3200 BGN gross ~ 8100 RON gross/month (~ 6300 RON net/month)
Languages: Romanian - native, English-B2

Job description: Assist customers via email, chat, and phone. Ensure a positive and efficient service experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers. Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries. Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Native level of Romanian, both written and verbal. Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Customer-oriented attitude. Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications). Proficiency in using CRM systems. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to work both on your own and within a team.
