Roller Operator

BCP Group is a long established company based in Busselton W.A.
with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand extraction & supply, demolition and liquid waste.
BCP are currently seeking experienced Roller Operators.
To be considered for this position we are seeking the following skills and experience:
Construction Industry Induction (White/Blue Card)Must hold RIIMPO317F - Conduct roller operationsExperience operating Rollers in Civil Construction (minimum 6 months experience)VOC for Roller Operations completed within the last 6 months (Desired)Experience working with final trim grader ops, on both smooth drum and multi tyre rollers.Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively while unsupervised and as a team member.Demonstrated willingness and ability to comply with Workplace Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental legislation and plan requirements.Demonstrated understanding of maintenance / operational requirements of plant and equipment and willingness to undertake minor maintenance activities and replacement of consumables.Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screen & company medical.In return for your experience, skills and positive attitude you will be rewarded with opportunity to advance within the business.
