Roller Operator - FIFO Camp Build 2:1 Roster Positions Available: 4 Pay Rate: $46 per hour Roster: FIFO 2:1 Roster Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are looking for experienced Roller Operators to support our camp build team on a FIFO 2:1 roster.
This role requires operators with a keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality compaction work.
Key Duties: Operate roller machinery to compact materials, achieving specified density and smoothness levels.
Conduct pre-start checks on equipment to ensure safe operations throughout the day.
Work closely with other operators to coordinate compaction efforts across the site.
Monitor and report any machine issues promptly to the maintenance team.
Adhere to site-specific safety protocols and actively participate in toolboxes and safety briefings.
Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a Roller Operator, particularly on construction or mining sites.
Roller VOC certification preferred.
Strong awareness of safety practices and teamwork.
