MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking a People and Culture Specialist to join one of our highly regarded NSW Government clients as an Role Description Writer.
This role will play a key part in supporting organisational structure improvements by providing specialist advice on position descriptions and job design.While experience within People and Culture is required, the client is open to applicants with knowledge of the NSW Government Capability Framework and strong report-writing skills.What's In It For You?Duration: This temporary role offers an immediate start until 30th June.Hourly Rate: $60 - $75 per hour Super, depending on previous experience.Location: Sydney CBD offices, with hybrid working options available.Working Hours: Required between Monday and Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
