Work together with the team to drive results and exceptional customer experience Be confident working with KPIS and individual targets Bring a high level of energy to the shop floor Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's Driving sales and customer experience Coaching and mentoring team members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service Execution of visual merchandising directive THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
