We are currently recruiting for a Aviation Kerbside Officer to be based at Rockhampton Airport on a Casual basis.

As an Aviation Kerbside Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused security services while creating safe and memorable travel experiences for travellers and visitors transiting through Rockhampton Airport.
This position is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is keen to learn more or build on their existing knowledge of the Aviation industry.

You will be committed to workplace health and safety. The Position As the Aviation Kerbside Officer you will be responsible for:
Providing consistent high level quality customer service. Meeting and Greeting passenger / customers upon arrival and departure. Efficiently and safely managing passenger and non-passenger flow front of house. Managing vehicular movement. Maintaining compliance with current legislation in all security and safety procedures. Utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skills and Experience You will have:
Ability to successfully pass Drug and Alcohol screening and Medical assessments. Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance). Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
