PositionDue to company growth in Australia, this business is seeking an experienced Project Estimator/ Project Manager to join their team in Sydney.
Quoting of commercial and residential construction projects.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of both building codes and associated standards.Read and interpret building codes and apply associated standards appropriately.Continually expand your knowledge of products and provide appropriate product information to our customers.Track customer requests & proposals in a spreadsheet.Manage and schedule the planning of activities, sequence of work & productivity.Manage the financial performance of the project by actively monitoring all aspects of the project ensuring procurement, productivity, financial, and valid variations are issued.BenefitsSome of the benefits of this role include:
