Wodonga, Yarra Valley & High Country VICFull timeAs the Robotics Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle of the robotic and specialised electrical products segment. This includes advising clients, quoting, installing, maintaining, and repairing Robotics & electrical garden equipment. The position will be split between office-based work in our modern & fully equipped workshop in Wodonga and onsite at customers' properties.Technical expertise, solution-based process, and great customer service set you apart.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Installation, repair, and maintenance of our Robotic range of products and associated electrical garden equipment.Support external sales activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and marketing events as required.Provide on-site visits to customers to survey their property and offer advice on the most suitable type of garden machinery to maintain their properties.Provide quotes to customers for the supply/installation of the recommended equipment.Carry out the installation of robotic and associated products.Requirements:Displayed experience in a technical field (electrical/mechanical).High level of technical ability and understanding.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Excellent communication, organisational, and computer skills are essential.Understanding of wireless connectivity technology is advantageous.Offer exceptional customer service with a solution-based outlook.Experience in the garden machinery sector would be an advantage.Excellent remuneration based upon experience.If this sounds like you, then please submit your resume to us.
