We are looking for a dynamic Robotics (Mako) Clinical Trainer to help deliver Mako training programs and advance our virtual and ongoing surgeon training offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of surgical training while ensuring our customers and employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
Key Responsibilities: Training Development & Delivery: Create and deliver robotic training programs to employees, enabling them to provide top-tier robotic surgery support and technical expertise.
Customer Education: Develop and implement virtual and ongoing customer training programs to enhance knowledge, skills, and capabilities using Stryker products.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure training activities align with business needs and customer expectations.
Global Collaboration: Work with local, APAC, and international training teams to create processes that improve speed to capability across regions.
Virtual Observations & Mako Labs: Partner with stakeholders to facilitate virtual surgical observations and deliver Mako surgeon training labs.
Internal Training Support: Assist in delivering ongoing internal training programs for employees, ensuring continuous learning and development.
Short-Term Success: Become competent in delivering Mako training within 6 months.
Contribute to ongoing internal training initiatives within 9 months.
Long-Term Success: Increase new hires' speed to capability from 60% to 80% within 12 months.
Successfully support and deliver the surgeon training calendar.
What We Are Looking For: Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
Experience: Experience in training, education, content development, and process improvement. Prior experience in the medical device industry is preferred but not required.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in engineering, nursing, physiotherapy, or other related fields.
