We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operatives to be based at Robina Town Centre on a Casual basis.

Trident's integrated services team at Robina Town Centre delivers the customer service, security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance programmes. As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for:

Greeting customers – in office or roaming the centre at various information boards Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries Issuing Robina Town Centre gift vouchers Issuing mobility aids for use in the centre Liaising with centre management and tenants Assisting centre management in marketing and other centre initiatives Skills and Experience
You will have:
