Robert Walters | Investment Analyst - Real Estate Private Equity Firm

Details of the offer

Corporate Finance & Investment Banking (Banking & Financial Services)
Are you ready to step right into the action? This isn't your average corporate finance gig. Join this boutique private equity firm to be right at the coalface, helping execute a pipeline of exciting commercial property investment deals alongside some of the best in the business.
Our client is a boutique, high-performing commercial real estate private equity firm with an enviable network across Australia's eastern seaboard. Known for their entrepreneurial approach and exceptional deal flow, they're growing and need someone sharp, driven, and technically outstanding to join their small but dynamic team.
Why this role? End-to-End Exposure: Get hands-on involvement across the full deal cycle - analysis, execution, and ongoing asset management. Growth-Oriented: Deals are flowing. You'll work alongside well-networked Investment Directors who will stretch you and fast-track your learning. A Flexible, High-Performing Team: Forget the formality. This is a hard-working, high-standards environment where everyone rolls up their sleeves - while keeping it fun. Be Rewarded: Competitive remuneration, with bonus potential to match your impact. What you'll be doing: Building and refining complex financial models to evaluate commercial property investment opportunities. Conducting detailed due diligence, industry research, and financial statement analysis to support deal execution. Assisting in structuring, presenting, and delivering investment proposals for stakeholders. Collaborating directly with senior leadership on project timelines, deal structuring, and strategic decision-making. Staying up-to-date with market trends and helping identify new opportunities. What you'll bring to the table: Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, ideally developed in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or valuations. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field. Pursuit or completion of a CA or CFA qualification would help (but isn't necessary). The confidence to work directly with senior leaders and get stuck into live deals. A hunger to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact in commercial property investment. Australian PR or Citizenship (a must). This is more than a job; it's a fast-track to becoming an investment expert in Australia's mid-market property sector. If you're technically sharp, highly motivated, and ready for something exciting, let's chat.
Apply now, or reach out to learn more about how you can be part of this growth story.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
