Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and retaining the high-quality talent required to achieve the company's growth objectives.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to bring the company up to a 'best-in-class' level for sourcing, attraction, and retention capabilities.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent to lead their talent acquisition and retention efforts.
What you'll do:
Identify and build best-in-class talent around Australia focusing on current and new territories
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
Build and maintain a strong employer brand
Advise on issues that might reduce the attractiveness of the business
Complete benchmarking activities to inform decisions regarding systems, working patterns, recruitment, pay and benefits
Headhunt the best talent available aligned to the goals and structure of the business
Implement onboarding and induction pathways for new talent
Implement measures to streamline and continuously improve the onboarding experience
What you bring:
Proven experience in talent acquisition and retention
Strong understanding of workforce planning strategies
Ability to build and maintain a strong employer brand
Experience in conducting benchmarking activities
Expertise in headhunting top talent
Experience in implementing effective onboarding strategies
