Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute through collaboration with a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team and business stakeholders. You will be instrumental in understanding customer goals, issues, and requirements, and translating these into effective solutions for business problems. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of agile processes.
What you'll do:
As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to understand customer goals, issues, and requirements through collaboration with a cross-functional team. Your analytical thinking will be crucial in delivering core customer business requirements and finding effective solutions for business problems. You will communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements by both technical and non-technical audiences. Your role will also involve leading agile processes across teams, developing user stories, and identifying solutions to optimise customer support efforts.
Deliver core customer business requirements and determine effective solutions for business problems Communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders Analyse and evaluate business workflows to solve problems Develop user stories and validate them against acceptance criteria during the software development lifecycle Lead agile processes across teams, including sprint planning, standups, review and retrospectives Identify and develop solutions to optimise efforts spent on customer support during the software development lifecycle What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Business Analyst role brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to translate complex information into clear business processes. You have demonstrated experience building and sustaining business relationships, interacting professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders. Ideally, you would have a couple of years experience within both HRIS and TechnologyOne. This will shoot your CV to the top of the pile and ensure you get a call from me.
This position will be an on-site (Hybrid) opportunity so you must be based in Western Australia to be considered. This is not a Remote position and they will not be offering Sponsorship or Visa Assistance.
