Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead to lead the test cycles for two significant projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Excellent problem-solving, time management and decision-making abilities Solid understanding of testing methods with a hands-on approach Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and decisions Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated Experience: Significant experience (9+ years) in a test leadership role with some HR ERP software Skilled in manual testing across test cycles including System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test Experience with Workforce Management (Time and Attendance, Rostering, Scheduling) systems Experience working in the higher education sector Ready to take on this exciting challenge?
