Your Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the assessment of business needs and collaborate on IT-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and operational performance. Working across diverse projects, you'll focus on key areas such as IT processes, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
You'll facilitate workshops, document requirements, and conduct feasibility assessments for innovative technology solutions. This role is integral to shaping IT operations and contributing to strategic initiatives.
What You'll Need:

Strong expertise in IT operations, process improvement, Customer Experience infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with SDLC and BABOK methodologies. Tertiary qualifications in IT or business or equivalent experience; certifications such as CBAP or ITIL are desirable.
