What you'll do: Lead and manage business analysis activities for a data transformation project Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Design and implement data solutions that meet business needs Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic decision-making Evaluate current business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions Create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data solutions Support change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure successful adoption of new data systems and processes What you bring: Proven experience in leading business analysis activities for large-scale projects Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to gather and document business requirements effectively Proficiency in analysing complex data sets to derive meaningful insights Experience in evaluating business processes and systems for improvement opportunities Ability to create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams Experience working closely with technical teams to design data solutions Experience in developing test plans to validate the accuracy of data solutions Experience supporting change management activities What sets this company apart: Our client is a leading organisation known for its commitment to innovation and excellence.
