Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for improving Threat and Vulnerability Management visibility and posture. This role offers the opportunity to work within a delivery team, transforming tooling and processes to provide security stakeholders and control performers greater capability to drive effective and efficient management of threats and vulnerabilities.

You will have the opportunity to translate security best practices into actionable tasks, collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the business. Your expertise will help shape tooling and process transformations, providing enhanced capabilities for effective threat management. Translate security best practices and findings into actionable tasks Collaborate directly with control owners, architects, service owners and project teams Improve the Group's Threat and Vulnerability Management visibility and posture Work within the delivery team, transforming tooling and processes Provide security stakeholders and control performers greater capability to manage threats and vulnerabilities effectively Support from experienced delivery professionals throughout these initiatives What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Senior Business Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in cyber security controls, design efficiency, and operating efficiency. Your strong communication skills enable you to work directly with stakeholders and customers effectively. With at least five years' experience in vulnerability management and security posture management, you are well-versed in navigating cyber projects. Your mature business analysis skills include requirements development, process development, customer journey mapping, operational transition, full lifecycle deliverables and artefacts. As an agile practitioner with technical understanding, you are ready to take on this challenging role.
Intimate awareness of Cyber Security Controls, Design Efficiency and Operating Efficiency Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with stakeholders and customers Previous experience in Vulnerability Management and Security Posture Management Exposure to Cyber Projects – 5 years minimum Strong exposure working with Senior Stakeholders, Technical engineering, Testing Teams, Architecture Team – 5 years minimum Mature Core BA skills: Requirements development, Process Development, Customer Journey mapping, Operational transition, full lifecycle deliverables and artefacts – 10 years minimum What sets this company apart: This organisation offers a multitude of opportunities, aiming to attract the best talent inside and outside of the business.
