About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Levies and Finance, this role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team, coordinating and monitoring levy compliance activities and ensuring legislative requirements are followed. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the day-to-day monitoring, management, and analysis of services relating to compliance of levies collected. You will be responsible for auditing levy projects, construction companies, and developers for compliance with CITF legislation. Located in Keswick, this role offers the flexibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 0.6 FTE) with the option of hybrid work arrangements.
Tasks and Duties
Audit levy projects, construction companies and developers for compliance with the CITF Levy requirements in the CITF Act 1993 and CITF Regulations Investigate the scope of works included in levy projects for compliance with the CITF Act 1993 and Regulations Develop and implement an Audit Plan program targeting areas of known non-compliance Gather, review and analyse data to develop selections for audit Review and reconcile levy refund applications Coordinate levy project audits with external auditors, as required Perform any adjustments to levy projects as outlined in the audit report Liaise with stakeholders to educate them on compliance requirements Skills and Experience

A strong analytical mindset and the ability to investigate and interpret data Experience with audit planning, execution, and reconciling financial information and reports Developing and coordinating compliance activities and enforcing legislation Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Culture and Benefits
