About the role: We are seeking a highly professional and confidential Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of People and Safety. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in customer experience and service delivery across the business group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional executive support, coordinating complex schedules, managing correspondence, and delivering high-quality office management services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values collaboration, commitment, and empathy and work with a supportive Executive Assistant team.
Key responsibilities:
Provide exceptional executive support to the General Manager and other business leaders when required. Coordinate complex diary/schedule management of the General Manager's priorities and commitments. Prioritise work, continuously monitor workflow and meet tight deadlines. Manage and file General Manager's emails including preparing responses. Deliver high quality office management and administrative support services. Undertake event and function management when required. Implement travel plans and coordinate bookings/itineraries for the General Manager. Coordinate relevant compliance reporting and responses where required.
Key requirements:
Proven ability to provide General Manager and Executive level support in a fast-paced corporate environment. Ability to make decisions tactfully and discreetly with sensitive and confidential matters. Excellent communication skills both oral and written along with interpersonal skills. Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability. Proven advanced level computer software and internet skills.
