24mo+ Fixed-term-contract on a high-visibility BIG-4 Banking transformation $130,000 – 160,000 total package + Bonus Hybrid WFH/CBD location About the Role: We are seeking multiple dynamic Change Managers to join this prominent BIG-4 Bank.
This role is part of a greenfield, large-scale program focused on regulatory payroll and governance initiatives.
You will play a key role in mobilizing and supporting a diverse delivery team tasked with overseeing various streams related to process, technology, risk, compliance, people/culture, and infrastructure changes.
This is a high-visibility position where you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead communication strategies for impactful transformation.
What You Will Do: Develop and implement comprehensive change management and communication plans to support the program's objectives.
Engage with stakeholders across multiple streams to ensure alignment and effective communication of program goals and progress.
Lead change initiatives and facilitate workshops to drive understanding and adoption of new processes and technologies.
Collaborate with project managers and team leads to identify and address potential risks and challenges in change implementation.
Craft clear, compelling messaging and communication materials to inform and engage internal and external audiences.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
What You Will Have Done: Demonstrated experience in managing change and communication efforts within regulatory projects, payroll process changes, governance projects, or remediation initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully engaging and influencing stakeholders in complex, multi-stream programs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Experience working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, ideally within a large-scale program setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
