Our client is an Australian non-bank lender specialising in residential loans, providing lending to customers who seek a flexible alternative tailored to meet their financial needs. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team and help drive new business.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers and aggregators, as well as act as the primary point of contact for these relationships.
Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with residential brokers and aggregators Provide support, information and training around residential lending products Create and implement strategic business development plans Identify and capitalise on trends in mortgage lending markets Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing and operations Proven experience in business development within the residential lending sector, preferably with a non-bank lender or financial institution Strong network of residential brokers and aggregator groups Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with mortgage brokers and aggregators Commercial mindset with the capability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make relevant decisions Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on achieving KPIs This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation, where you will receive a competitive salary package and commissions structure.
