As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial obligations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing invoices, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Your ability to collaborate effectively with other departments will be key to ensuring efficient payment processes.
Manage the processing of invoices and payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain vendor relationships by resolving any invoice discrepancies Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts payable Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Assist in the development of internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities related to accounts payable Collaborate with other departments to ensure bills are paid efficiently and on time.
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Payable Officer position brings proven experience in finance along with strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Your proficiency in MS Office and ERP software will be essential for managing financial data.
Excellent organisational skills will enable you to prioritise tasks effectively while your strong communication skills will aid in maintaining vendor relationships.
Your keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will be invaluable in this role.
