About the Role...
We now have a full-time ongoing vacancy for a suitably qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our team.
Located at our manufacturing plant in Glynde and reporting to the Maintenance Manager in this very busy and fast-paced role, you will also work closely with our teams in manufacturing.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Electrical Maintenance and Repairs Commissioning, Testing and Inspection, Fault Finding and Troubleshooting Record Keeping and Documentation Preventative Maintenance Safety and Compliance About You...
As a Maintenance Electrician, you take pride in your strong time management skills and your ability to efficiently handle a variety of electrical tasks, including Electrical repairs, Safety and Compliance, installation, testing, fault finding and record keeping.
To be successful, you will need to have the following: Qualified Electrician.
Experience working in a Manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Scissor lift, forklift licence would be an advantage.
Adaptable with the ability to work in a close-knit team and autonomously as required.
Committed to afternoon shift (approx.
2pm to 10pm - shift loading applicable).
Ability to work extra hours and weekend work (O/T penalties are applicable).
