Road Worker

Casual role based at Echuca Full time hours Mon - Fri + overtime opportunities PPE supplied & maintained annually Skillinvest is seeking experienced Road Workers to join one of Victoria's leading road maintenance providers. You will be responsible for servicing roads throughout Northern Victoria and will enjoy physical outdoor work, operating power tools & machinery and be willing to learn.
Duties will include: General Labouring Compacting, leveling, and spreading of materials to form roads Routine Maintenance Truck driving Removal of obstructions Required for overtime and after hours call outs Essential Skills: White Card Medium Rigid Truck Licence Current Traffic Management Certificate Clean driving history Able to pass pre-employment checks including medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening & police check Preferred Skills & Experience: Plant operator's competency Current First Aid Certificate Experience in a similar role advantageous This is a great opportunity to join a reputable organisation and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the Civil Construction industry. There will be requirements to travel locally & attend call outs to service urgent road incidents.
