We are seeking an experienced and professional Road Tanker Driver Operator to join our growing team.
You will have the opportunity to travel and develop positive relationships with customers and team members.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a current MC License, Dangerous Goods Licence, have triple Road Train operating experience, as well as mechanical experience.
Based in Alice Springs, ideally you will have experience working in remote areas of Australia.
Our Drivers are continuously trained to ensure they maintain the necessary accreditations, licences, and mindset to provide a professional service.
You will be part of a team that understands the importance of offering a customised approach to transportation and join a dedicated team who work closely with clients to ensure they can access reliable and cost-efficient transport solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities Load, transport and unload bulk petroleum Complete daily prestart and WHS checks on vehicle and equipment Develop positive relationships with team and customers Follow instructions from Depot manager for daily duties, trip sheet and timeframes including work diary and fatigue management Ensure safety and compliance including Dangerous Goods and National Heavy Vehicle Requirements are always adhered to Qualifications Triple Road train experience Current MC licence Dangerous Goods Licence and experience with dangerous goods Experience working in remote areas of Australia Mechanical experience Outstanding customer service skills Knowledge of current Work Health and Safety and safe vehicle operation Willing to undertake a National Police check and pre-employment medical prior to employment Additional Information Applicant must be punctual and well presented at all times.
