Road Maintenance Plant Operator / Traffic ControllerJoin our Works & Infrastructure team at MRCC Red Cliffs Depot, where you'll set up traffic management, support road maintenance, and operate essential equipment safely.About the OpportunityThis position is central to supporting the Works & Infrastructure Branch based at the MRCC Red Cliffs Depot, where you'll play a crucial role in the maintenance and safety of council roads and roadside areas. Key responsibilities include setting up temporary traffic management signage and overseeing traffic control on various projects and maintenance activities, ensuring the safety and efficient flow of vehicles around work zones.In addition, you'll support the Council's road maintenance initiatives through tasks such as sealed road repairs, guidepost and signage installations, vegetation control, and drainage work.
