Join our visionary team as the next Road Logistics Customer Care Specialist in Kuehne+Nagel Australia!
Your RoleWe are looking for a driven Road Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our growing Road Logistics team, based in Melbourne. In collaboration with various key stakeholders, you will perform the day-to-day operational tasks, attend customer sites as an implant and be the day-to-day expert on our clients.
Your ResponsibilitiesTo provide proper costing responses to rate enquiries.To ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, ensuring profiles are updated into relevant systems, and that door-to-door monitoring of status is in place at every step including close coordination with endorsed carriers.To establish and strengthen operational relations with customer contact(s) through daily interactions, regular calls or visits, and proactively advising and consulting to ensure customer satisfaction.To document, resolve, and analyze all complaints, then identify, share, and eliminate root causes.To ensure that shipments are profitable, highlighting any loss-making shipments to the most senior manager, and obtaining prior approval before proceeding.To liaise with customers directly, resolving feedback in a manner that provides explanations, puts the customer at ease, and demonstrates that the right corrective actions are put in place to prevent a reoccurrence.Your Skills and ExperiencesWe look for potential, not only performance. Additionally, you will have:
