If you're a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for aged care, our client offers a fulfilling opportunity in a thriving metroplis setting.  Summary of Duties:   Provide care, advice & guidance to residents.  Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing.  Accurate completion of relevant documentation  Review & update resident documentation.  Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met.  Skills and Experience:   AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.  Experience in working in age care setting.  Accreditation knowledge & experience.  Understanding & working knowledge of AN-ACC processes.  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
