Above all, we have a genuine sense of caring and are extremely passionate about delivering our services.This Registered Nurse/coordinator position is full-time.This role is responsible for:Clinical delivery and supervision of clinical and non-clinical team members in a community settingIntake processing, clinical care planning and reportingConducting client care assessmentsSchedule appointments and in-home services to appropriate staff based on discipline, availability and geographical requirementsCoordinate the provision of quality person centred care according to the client's needs, service/care plans and available funding in accordance with budgetClinical in-home services include care plan assessment, medication, incontinence and catheter care, wound, chronic disease, complex wound management, palliative care, and diabetesGeneral administration with respect to tasks performedQualificationsQualified Registered NurseCurrent AHPRA registeredAustralian National Police checkProfessional Indemnity InsuranceExperienced in assessing and planning care needs within the communityValid Driver's Licence and reliable presentable carA smart mobile phone (iphone / android) Preferred SkillsA passion for high quality client-focused care in a community settingExceptional communication skillsAble to work autonomously or within a team environmentExcellent time management and organisation skillsCommitment to ongoing professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
