What you'll be doing:
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

This is a Category A position. Recommended applicants will be reviewed for compliance with NSW Health policy directive for Category A positions prior to offer. All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined under the General questions section at Occupational assessment screening and vaccination - FAQ. Salary will be accordance with NSW Health State Awards for the advertised classification/s.
A TALENT POOL MAY BE CREATED FOR FUTURE ROLES AND WILL REMAIN VALID FOR 18 MONTHS. Current Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.Demonstrated nursing skills, knowledge and ability relevant to area within an acute hospital setting.Proven clinical problem-solving skills to maximise patient care.Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Ability to plan and coordinate patient care in a multidisciplinary team environment providing outcome-based care.Demonstrated high-level clinical practice as an Anaesthetic nurse in the Peri-operative environment or equivalent Critical Care skills.Participate in a seven-day rotating roster including public holidays and an on-call roster.Need more information?
