Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to join Mortlake BESS Project, Victoria.

You will form a key part of the Administration support role for the project team.
Reporting to the Site Management team you will be responsible for supporting the site team with all day to day operations.

Responsibilities:
Organisation and management of team travel, accommodation requirements & site mobilisation requirements; General administration and support for site teams; Answer enquiries from customers and RJE employees, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organisation with their enquiries; Ensure staff and visitors follow correct induction process; Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers; File and scan papers, drawings and documents back to head office and clients as part of our QA process; Ensure Quality & WHS Management Systems are followed as per certification standards; Support project teams with any system and documentation requirements, also in the delivery of handover documentation; Collect and enter employee hours from timesheets into internal database; Work with accounts departments on invoicing and Accounts control as required.
Required:
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Have an understanding of all commercial & technical documents in an engineering field; Ability to use initiative and have good organisational skills; Ability to work towards tight project schedules; Ability to work as part of a team; Work methodically, accurately and neatly; Good oral and written communication skills.

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain the following:
Driver Licence; Must be able to pass a medical examination and random drug & alcohol tests; Construction White Card Advantageous:
Certificate in Business Administration Previous FIFO administration experience within the construction industry We offer:
