Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

This encompasses various aspects such as underground and overhead high voltage transmission systems, substations and switchyards, diesel and gas-fired turbines, wind farms, battery storage systems, and mining process plants.

Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to join the SA Hydrogen Project, Whyalla.
You will form a key part of the Administration support role for the project team.
Reporting to the Site Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the site team with all day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
Organisation and management of team travel, accommodation requirements & site mobilisation requirements; General administration and support for site teams; Answer enquiries from customers and RJE employees, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organisation with their enquiries; Ensure staff and visitors follow correct induction process; Ensure Quality & WHS Management Systems are followed as per certification standards; Support project teams with any system and documentation requirements, also in the delivery of handover documentation; Collect and enter employee hours from timesheets into internal database; Work with accounts departments on invoicing and Accounts control as required.
Required:
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Have an understanding of all commercial & technical documents in an engineering field; Ability to use initiative and have good organisational skills; Ability to work towards tight project schedules; Ability to work as part of a team; Work methodically, accurately and neatly; Good oral and written communication skills; Driver Licence; Construction White Card; Must be able to pass a medical examination and random drug & alcohol tests; Local to the project.
Advantageous:
Certificate in Business Administration; Previous FIFO administration experience within the construction industry.
