About the Role We are on the hunt for an experienced Parts Interpreter to work within our Spare Parts team. This is a multi-disciplined role, that would suit an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter with experience in the marine industry.
Key Responsibilities Manage our e-Commerce store, through the Shopify platformProvide customers with product information and sales supportPicking and packing of ordersMaintain tracking recordsManage returns – exchanges and refundsRespond to customer feedbackOther Responsibilities Database management (web-based program and MS Office)Support the Dealer & Owner Care TeamAssist our employees with uniforms & clothingCollect and pack items for gift packsOther general administrative duties, as requiredSupport to the Spare Parts teamInterest in website and social media content and updatesWe are an equal opportunity employer and value a diverse workforce; recognising the innovation and competitive advantage it creates.
