Role summary This role is responsible for the retention of existing business and portfolio growth through the effective management of Member renewals.
Knowledge and skills Ability to negotiate with a customer to achieve a positive sales result.Ability to understand and adapt to changing business requirements.Excellent time management and organisation skills.Ability to meet demands, deadlines, and timeframes as they arise.Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.Consistent approach to ensuring accuracy and detail of documentation.High level of interpersonal and customer relations skills.Business awareness and commercial acumen.Strength in sales and marketing activities.Proactively share information and promote effective teamwork principles.Ability to achieve results.Experience Previous sales experience (essential).Previous insurance experience (desirable).Qualifications • ASIC RG 146 tier 1 qualification (essential).
