Like many regulated entities, they are well underway with a large-scale program of work to uplift all aspects of risk management and organisational resilience.OpportunityThe team needs to bolster its capacity and capability to author multiple internal policy documents. Whilst initially focused on supporting the CPS 230 program team, it's anticipated this role will evolve to support the broader risk function.Who this role might suitThe priority is good policy writing skills. If you pride yourself on your writing skills and ability to take complex concepts and articulate them in plain English, this could be ideal for you!Understanding of risk management and prior context in a financial services risk function (L1, 2, or 3) would be ideal.Able to work under your own initiative. While the program structure is well established, you'll need to self-direct, initiate work, and determine priorities.The organisation has had prior success with former journalists, content writers, and communications specialists.More detail:The organisation is open to different employment options, including both permanent and fixed-term engagement models.While some workplace flexibility is available, this is predominantly an in-office role.
