As a Risk Manager, your day will be a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on collaboration.
You'll start by reviewing risk management initiatives and engaging with team members to identify potential vulnerabilities.
You will lead training sessions for new staff, empowering them with essential knowledge on risk management practices.
You will dive into preparing complex documentation for upcoming Board meetings, ensuring that your insights are clear and actionable.
Throughout your day, you'll liaise with various departments, fostering a culture of transparency and safety, and draft reports that highlight your findings and recommendations.
