We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Consultant to join the People and Capability team.
In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, addressing, and reducing risk while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
By managing risk and compliance practices, you will contribute to a safe, efficient and forward-thinking workplace environment.

This role involves creating and maintaining operational risk registers, updating controls, and managing potential impacts and opportunities using industry best practices.
Compliance efforts will align with standards such as ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001, as well as relevant codes of practice.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain operational risk registers to provide managers with up-to-date information on controls, risks and opportunities.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and certification requirements across the organisation.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage risk and compliance activities effectively.Promote best practices in risk management and contribute to the organisation's strategic goals.Adhere to relevant standards, including WHS codes of practice and ISO frameworks.About You:
You are an experienced professional in risk and compliance with strong knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
You have a proven ability to develop practical solutions, manage compliance processes, and engage with stakeholders across all levels.
