Work Requirements: A current/valid Australian Driver's License and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment Requirement to travel between locations. Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in risk management, compliance, insurance, quality assurance, audit; or, a related field; or, an equivalent combination of experience and education/training. Work Experience: Strong background in a risk, compliance, insurance and/or quality assurance/audit role with proven success and results in improving risk culture and performance. Experience using risk management and/or compliance software tools. Experience working in education would be an advantage. Key Capabilities: Demonstrated successful experience working within a complex, highly regulated organisation. Demonstrated ability in providing risk and compliance advice, guidance and support and developing strategies to effectively manage risk. Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and develop and maintain ongoing relationships with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues. Highly developed skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication. Ability to learn new software programs and provide administration support. Ability to develop, deliver, evaluate and review training for small and large groups. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
