Risk and Compliance Analyst / Senior AnalystWe are looking for a risk and compliance professional to join a financial services organisation in their growing risk and compliance team.
You will be assisting in the building, embedding and monitoring of risk management and compliance frameworks.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the design, implementation and maintenance of the risk and compliance frameworkOverseeing the identification and management of risk and regulatory compliance mattersDeveloping tracking and monitoring of risk commitmentsAnalysing and processing data to provide relevant insights and trendsPreparing risk reports for executive team and the boardProviding advice to the business to ensure understanding and effective management of risk and compliancePreparing education and awareness for risk and complianceThe ideal candidate will have: Circa 1-3 years risk management, compliance or audit experienceBackground in financial services or risk and compliance consultingExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage with and build relationships within the businessHands-on, proactive and adaptable, ability to work in a changing environmentThe organisation is going through significant growth and this role would suit a driven, curious and ambitious candidate looking to learn and progress their career.
