At Domain, we're looking for a Risk and Assurance Specialist who will shape the way we navigate risks, enhance business resilience, and foster a proactive culture of improvement.

What You'll Do Lead Enterprise Risk Management: Be the go-to expert for identifying, assessing, and managing risks.
Facilitate workshops, update risk profiles, and ensure our risk register is a benchmark of quality.
Drive Strategic Deep Dives: Investigate critical risk areas—like emerging AI trends or privacy frameworks—to uncover root causes and create insightful reports that inform business decisions.
Own Internal Audit Coordination: Collaborate with PwC and internal teams to execute and monitor audits.
Keep everyone on track by following up on action plans and delivering clear, impactful updates.
Shape the Future of Risk Management: Play a pivotal role in designing and implementing new tools, frameworks, and risk metrics that drive business performance.
Engage and Influence: Build strong partnerships with leaders across Product, Tech, Marketing, and Finance, influencing decisions and embedding a culture of risk awareness.
What we're looking for: You're not just ticking boxes—you're looking for a challenge where your expertise can make a difference.
You have: Professional credentials: A CA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent, backed by 5+ years in risk management, audit, or compliance.
Broad risk expertise: Spanning risk management, audit, internal controls, and compliance with exposure to dynamic environments like Big 4 or tech-focused organizations.
Strong stakeholder skills: You can confidently collaborate with senior leaders, communicate complex ideas simply, and influence decision-making.
A curious, proactive mindset: You're always seeking new ways to improve, adapt, and deliver value.
Bonus points for: Experience in cybersecurity or privacy risk.
A track record of implementing process improvements that stick.
