Support the Pricing & Analytics team in achieving the desired risk culture and improving risk capability and maturity Hybrid work model Sydney or Brisbane location The Pricing and Analytics team set prices, provide advice & analytics with superior insight of our risks, customers, competitors, markets, business performance & objectives.
In this role you will provide Risk subject matter expertise, advice and delivery support for Pricing & Analytics (P&A) initiatives and strategy development.
Support the P&A team in achieving the desired risk culture by delivering risk management activities and reporting that strengthen risk capability and maturity throughout P&A.
What you'll do Co-ordination and consolidation of Pricing leadership risk reporting commentary and insights to support compliance with Policies, procedures, Regulators, APRA & ASIC.
Contribute to delivery of Pricing & Analytics specific ROCSA (Risks, Obligations, Controls Self-Assessment) controls.
Work directly with P&A stakeholder for incidents raised including management, remediation activities and root cause analysis.
Provide support to the Incident & Breach Management Team for breach identification as required.
Design and deliver proactive solutions to drive achievement of desired Risk Maturity.
Pro-actively share learnings and insights broadly across the Pricing team to foster a learning culture and uplift capability.
What you'll bring Tertiary qualification in a business or risk discipline (e.g.
Finance, Business, Risk management).
Minimum 5 years' appropriate industry experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
Minimum 3 years' experience within Risk related business area(s).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
High attention to detail with proven experience delivering results.
