You thrive in an agile environment and are happy to contribute to our friendly and supportive culture.This role will see you deliver advisory services to existing Protecht.ERM clients. These services include system enhancements, stakeholder engagement and growing trusted client relationships. Reporting to the Head of ERM Advisory and Implementation, this role is focused on continuing to improve our practices and processes, enhancing existing client Protecht.ERM systems, supporting stakeholder engagement and maintaining strong client relationships. Some of the key responsibilities include:Work across teams to support Protecht.ERM client implementation & provide interactive dashboards and reports based on client requirements.Build forms and workflow rules in Protecht.ERM.Help design and implement improvements to clients' configurations of Protecht.ERM.Deliver Protecht.ERM training and facilitate client workshops.Provide supporting documentation for the implemented solutions.If you are interested in joining us, along with your previous experience in a similar role, then we want to hear from you. Our ideal ERM Advisor candidate has:Demonstrated experience in Risk Management, WHS, Business Continuity, Audit or Technology Based Solutions.An interest in technology-based solutions / SaaS is a must.Existing Project Management & analytical skills.A desire to work with technology is critical for this role.Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve.Outstanding communication and external stakeholder management experience.Experience working with stakeholders to capture and document user requirements or willingness to learn.Flexible, collaborative approach to working with broad cross-functional teams.Protecht ERM System administration or similar GRC system experience would be highly regarded.Why Protecht? – Why join us?You will get to work with a diverse team of great people who are awesome at what they do but most importantly really good humans too!We are all about flexibility, in fact we encourage a healthy work life balance and offer access to birthday leave, dedicated L&D time, bonus days, paid parental leave and long service.
