Act as the 'go to' person for risk related enquiriesMonitor, review and process risk registers received in risk mailboxUpload risk registers and respective risk reviews in INX (incl. use of upload template for email listener to import risks into INX database)Manage proposed controls (risk actions) on corporate safety risks in INXFollow up overdue risk actions via telephone, email and face-to-face remindersLink High Potential Incidents (HPI) to related corporate safety risks in INXManage risk champions and risk facilitator competencies in INXResponding to queries from risk stakeholders in relation to status of risk elementsAttend risk workshops and risk review meetings to document outcomes of the sessionLocate, copy, collate, file and read documents and records relevant to riskSupport investigations and audits conducted internally as well as externallySupport the analysis of risk data for trends, frequencies, and insights into MTM's risk management strengths and weaknesses
Assist in the preparation of risk reports for the MTM Board, Executive, and Departments, including:
Provide risk updates to:
Board Safety Sub-Committee,Executive Committees such as Executive Committee Safety & EnvironmentSafety, Engineering & Environment monthly reportAudit Review Committee
Run ad hoc risk reports as requestedKeep risk information in Visualisation room(s) up to dateUtilise Australian Rail Risk Model (ARRM) to provide risk information
Support risk champions and risk users:
Support risk stakeholders in using the MTM risk systems by running familiarisation sessions when required (i.e. overview of risk management in MTM, overview of INX risk registers, online risk training and risk team site)Manage and continue to build a network of data sources which contribute to the overall management of risk (i.e. risk team site)Responding to queries from risk stakeholders in relation to status of risk elementsProvide administrative support for the risk champion program, incl. schedule workshops, prepare agendas and take minutesManage user access to Australian Rail Risk Model (ARRM)
INX system administration:
Manage system requirements, upgrades and changes including improvements to system (incl. develop specification documentation, perform testing)Manage system errors/defects (logging issues with ICT and/or INX, monitor and track until completion)Manage user access and permission to risk registers and risk events in INXReassign risk & control owners (resignations, role changes and new starts)
