Due to internal promotions and company growth, we are seeking an additional Division Manager. This is a full-time position based in Queensland, with a hybridized work environment, including WFH with trips to the office on a semi-regular basis, and offers opportunities to grow and develop within the company.
This is a Brisbane based full-time position.
The successful candidate must hold an AHPRA registered qualification as a Nurse or Paramedic.
As a Division Manager, you would oversee an entire division within our organization and your duties would include strategic planning, implementing policies, coordinating all divisional functions, and managing staff to ensure operational efficiency and growth.

Your tasks as a Divisional Manager would include:
Setting objectives and strategies for the division based on company goals Controlling expenditure based on budget provided Managing and overseeing daily operations within the division Coordinating with other managers and staff to implement policies and procedures Training and managing staff within the division Providing regular feedback and support Promoting a healthy and inclusive team culture Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations Evaluating the success of the division and reporting on divisional performance to senior management Management of shifts and staff rosters Implementing innovative strategies to improve internal processes and enhance employee and customer satisfaction Maintaining strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and other stakeholders Identifying risks and opportunities for the division and managing them accordingly Is this a fit for you?
