A professional and loving family in Ringwood, Victoria are seeking a proactive and easygoing nanny to care for their three boys (aged 12, 9 and 1 year old).An ideal nanny would have a positive and friendly outlook, is gentle, calm, and nurturing. Someone who is patient and has a genuine passion and love of children and helping out a busy family. A nanny that is reliable, flexible, responsible and trustworthy, who communicates and manages expectations well and is responsive.Additionally, you will be attentive, proactive and an easygoing nanny who is open to feedback. Enjoy engaging and having fun with the children, spending time indoors and outdoors, and providing stimulating and creative playful activities which will support the children's learning milestones and development.Prior experience with babies and school-aged children is advantageous for this role, as is experience in assisting babies transition between milestones such as breast to bottle, crawling to walking, etc.The older children are at school throughout the day, so the nanny will help with getting them to and from school and to afternoon activities. Whilst the older children are at school and the youngest is napping, the nanny will assist with household chores, meal prep, etc.The family is looking for a nanny who can build a lovely bond with their family and support the day-to-day running of the household.The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows:To care for the childrenFollow the children's routinesSchool drop-off and pick upPlay and engage in age-appropriate creative activities to assist in the children's developmentTake the children out to activities including swimming, tennis, karate, park, playground, etc.Assist with meal prep for the family.
